lloyd's agents
In 1932, our company was appointed agent of Lloyd’s of London for the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, which at that time also included the Istrian peninsula and the port of Fiume. We have thus developed a line of activity as claim and settling agents, acting both as Lloyd’s Agents and independently for a long list of cargo underwriters.
Our sister companies in Slovenia, Serbia, Albania and Montenegro have also been appointed Lloyd's Agents. Our field of activity also includes Hull & Machinery surveys on behalf of Hull Underwriters of several nations.
The Hull section also attends for yachts and leisure boats and our surveyors are prepared to proceed to all the Marinas and yacht harbors of our coast.
In accordance with the instructions given by Lloyd’s of London we also deal with pre-shipment surveys on all kind of goods and can inspect containers and vessels’ holds to determine whether they can carry certain cargoes.

Last, but not least, we undertake recovery actions on behalf of cargo or car underwriters against carriers or other parties all over Italy. We are appointed Lloyd's Agents for Trieste, Montenegro, Albania, Serbia, Slovenia and Mongolia.
